Certified Caregiver — NA (420-Hour Certificate)
Caregivers who completed the 420-hour program take cases needing more skill, with higher pay than starting out.

Practical Nurse (PN)
Nursing assistants (PN) take cases that need advanced skills, with pay up to the 35,000 THB/month range.
- Hold a nursing assistant (PN) qualification
- Earn up to 35,000 THB/month based on case
- Assigned to cases requiring specialized nursing skills
- If your current pay has stalled, this path may be right for you
What You Know Before You Decide

One shift equals 12 hours. Shifts beyond 26 per month are counted as overtime.
